“We didn’t see any stuff when we arrived at around 7pm as it was contactless check-in. It was clear instruction we received in advance. The room was super clean and kind of a big room. After check-out, we stopped by ice cream store and got free ice cream as hotel guests (free single scoop ice cream for hotel guest)!! Also, location is amazing. “What a gem! You can see the care that the proprietors, Marcus & Elin put into the property. So many wonderful details, that we really appreciated. Being greeted by Stella, also made our stay quite happy. The breakfast was amazing, and every day was something different. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again. It was worth every penny. ”

“I booked a night at this hotel as my wife and I were driving back from Canada. We hadn't previously planned on staying in Watkins Glen but thought it would be a nice break in the trip. After reading the reviews I booked The Benjamin and it didn't disappoint. It was a well maintained boutique hotel and nicely centralized for everything in the area. We're hoping to spend more time in Watkins Glen in the future and we'll definitely be staying here.”

“This was by far the best place I have ever stayed! It was clean, welcoming, extremely well equipped. Caitlin went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including things we never would have thought of! Restaurants, stores and the Gorge waterfall hike were within walking distance and the start of Wine Trail and lake were right there as well! My only disappointment was the bed. It wasn’t very comfortable. We had a great stay! ”

“We had a nice stay at the Cabin in the Woods. The location is great, it was very clean, and it was very comfortable for our family of 7. The fact that it's pet-friendly makes it !”

“The place was simple but comfy. Everything worked fine. There was a TV there and furniture was comfortable.Our only wishes (for us 3 girls) was; mirrors hung in the bedrooms so less waiting for the only bathroom ,the middle bedroom needs hooks since there is no place to hang or put clothes and more hooks or towel rack in the bath room. It was nice having the water in the back yard and being able to walk to the resturantes on the water and enjoy the views.And of coarse feeling comfortable enough...

“Situated on a hill, but nearby everything we needed. Super easy check in/out. Quick response when we contacted the property manager. Only draw back is the limited parking. Unit is accessible for someone who uses a walker, but no grab bars in the bathroom to assist there. Which wasn't an issue for us, just something we notice as healthcare workers. Would definitely stay again!”
